ABOUT MELODY PARKS

Melody Parks is a dynamic master planned community unlike any that the greater Springfield community has experienced in over 50 years. With intentional, community-focused design, Forty Partners and the Greater Springfield CIC will deliver an opportunity to experience a diversity in housing options surrounded by highly amenitized parks and neighborhood-focused businesses. The name, Melody Parks, is an ode to the historical significance of the former Melody Cruise-In and the rich history of film and entertainment that is rooted in Springfield.

Forty Partners is a joint venture partnership between Borror and Dillin Corp., two premier, community-centric development companies based in Ohio. This partnership alongside the Greater Springfield CIC is poised to deliver a truly momentous project to the Springfield community for years to come.

The Planned Urban Development (PUD) of Melody Parks will include the former Chakeres drive-in movie theater site, along with surrounding CIC land, for a total site size of approximately 400 acres.

It is conveniently located off Route 40 and less than 2 miles west of I-70 between Columbus and Dayton.

The site will consist of:
